How long it takes

• In-stock pieces: 2–5 business days in Miami-Dade and Broward
• Central Florida: 5–7 business days
• North Florida: 7–10 business days
• Special orders: 4–12 weeks depending on the manufacturer

We call you 24–48 hours before delivery with a 3-hour window.

What white glove includes

• Delivery to the room of your choice
• Unpacking and removal of all packaging
• Assembly, when needed
• Placement where you want it
• Inspection of every piece with you
• Removal of old furniture (extra fee may apply)

Before delivery day

• An adult (18+) must be present to receive the delivery
• Clear the path and doorways
• Measure doors, hallways and stairs before ordering large pieces
• In high-rise buildings, confirm elevator access, dimensions and any reservation the building requires
• Special equipment (crane, hoisting) may have an extra cost

How delivery is priced

By real driving distance from our Miami warehouse, the size and number of pieces, stairs and any special handling. White glove starts at $149 and curbside at $89; each flight of stairs adds $50. Use the delivery estimate for your ZIP; we confirm the exact price before scheduling.
